Refund & Return Policy

Every shilp. piece is made-to-order in our home studio in Delhi on a Bambu Lab multicolor 3D printer. We don’t hold stock — the moment your order comes in, your piece starts printing. We want you to love what you receive, and we’ve written this policy to be clear about exactly what is and isn’t returnable. Please read it before you order — placing an order means you accept these terms.
1. All items are made to order — no returns or cancellations once printing begins
Because each piece is freshly printed for you, often with your name, photo, date, message, or colour choice, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.
Production typically begins within 12 hours of order placement. Please double-check spelling, dates, uploaded photos, and colour selection before completing your order — we print exactly what you submit.
2. Damaged or defective items — free replacement
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing defect from our side, we’ll replace it free of cost. To claim a replacement:
- Email heybuzzcraft@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a photo of the outer packaging
- We’ll respond within 2 working days and ship a replacement within 2–3 working days of approval
3. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if we have not yet started printing. Typically this is within 12 hours of order placement. Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you need to cancel urgently, WhatsApp us on +91 92207 34520 — the faster you reach us, the better the chance we can stop production.
4. Address & customisation errors
If you provided the wrong delivery address, wrong spelling, wrong photo, or wrong colour choice, we cannot offer a refund — the item was printed as you ordered it. Please be careful at checkout and review your order confirmation email.
5. Refund method
Approved refunds (cancellations within 12 hours, or replacement-not-possible cases) are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. UPI and card refunds usually reflect faster than net-banking refunds. We’re not responsible for delays caused by your bank.
6. What’s never eligible for return or refund
- Items where the customisation matches what you ordered (typos, wrong photo uploaded, wrong colour selected)
- Items reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Items used, damaged, or modified after delivery
- Minor variations in colour, layer texture, or finish — these are part of the handmade character of 3D printing
- Bulk and corporate orders — governed by the separate quotation we send you
7. Bulk and custom orders
Bulk orders (10+ identical pieces, weddings, corporate gifting) are governed by the quotation and timeline we email you when you place the order. Cancellation, returns, and refund terms for bulk orders are agreed in writing before production begins.
