Every piece on shilp. is printed to order, by us, in our home studio in Delhi. We don’t hold stock and we don’t batch from a warehouse — the moment your order comes in, your piece starts printing on our Bambu Lab multicolor 3D printer. Nothing here will ever say “Sold out.” If you can see it, we can make it for you.

Designed, printed, packed, and shipped from Delhi by two women co-founders. Every piece is a small celebration of Indian craft meeting modern technology — a tiny contribution to Atmanirbhar Bharat.

1. Production time

Each piece is freshly printed for you after you place the order. Typical production time is 2–3 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding national holidays). Highly detailed pieces — lithophane lamps, large mandala panels, multi-piece sets — may take an extra day or two. We’ll always let you know on email or WhatsApp if your specific order needs more time.

2. Delivery time (after dispatch)

Once we hand your parcel to the courier, delivery typically takes:

• Delhi NCR (same-city): 1–2 working days
• Other metro cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–4 working days
• Tier-2 cities: 3–5 working days
• Tier-3 cities and remote pincodes: 5–8 working days

Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 4–11 working days. Production and delivery are two separate stages — you’ll get a tracking link the moment we hand the parcel over.

We ship pan-India via Shiprocket and its courier network (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express). We choose the fastest courier serviceable to your pincode at the time of dispatch.

5. Tracking your order

The moment we dispatch your order, you’ll receive:

• An email with courier name and tracking number
• A WhatsApp message on the number you provided at checkout
• Access to track your order from your Shilp account page

6. Bulk orders, weddings & corporate gifting

Bulk orders (10+ identical pieces, wedding favours, corporate gifts) are quoted separately because the timeline, pricing, and customisation depend on scale. We’d love to make something special for your event.

Typical bulk order timeline is 10–21 working days depending on quantity and complexity. Please plan ahead for weddings and events.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is currently not available for personalised items. We accept UPI, all major cards, net banking, and wallet payments via Razorpay at checkout. COD may be enabled for select non-personalised items in the future.

8. International shipping

We currently ship only within India. International customers can place orders through our Etsy store (link coming soon) where international shipping is supported.

9. Undelivered or returned shipments

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refused delivery, re-shipping is chargeable. We’ll reach out to you on email/WhatsApp before re-dispatching.

10. Delays beyond our control

We work hard to dispatch every order on time, but the actual delivery date depends on the courier and conditions like weather, strikes, festival load, and pincode serviceability. We’re not liable for courier-side delays, but we’ll always help you track and escalate.
