Yes — every single piece. We use a Bambu Lab multicolor 3D printer in our home studio in Delhi to print every order from scratch. Nothing is moulded, mass-produced, or imported.

We use food-safe-adjacent PLA (polylactic acid) filament — a plant-based bioplastic made from corn starch. It’s biodegradable under industrial composting, much kinder to the environment than regular plastic, and produces almost no smell or fumes.

It will look very close — but because every piece is made by hand on a 3D printer, small variations in colour, layer texture, and finish are part of the handmade character. Think of it like pottery or hand-painted ceramics: each one is a little unique. We promise the finished piece looks beautiful in real life, often even better than in photos.

PLA is surprisingly strong — about as durable as a hard plastic toy. Items will last for years with normal use. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight in a hot car (above 60°C) and don’t put them in the dishwasher.

Never. Every piece is made the moment you order it. If you can see it on the site, we can make it for you — in any quantity, any colour we offer.

Standard production time is 2–3 working days. Highly detailed pieces (lithophane lamps, large mandala panels, multi-piece sets) may take an extra day or two. We’ll WhatsApp you if your specific order needs more time.

Sometimes — WhatsApp us on +91 92207 34520 with your delivery date and we’ll honestly tell you if we can make it. We never accept rush orders we can’t deliver well.

Production (2–3 days) + Delivery (1–8 days). Most Delhi NCR orders arrive within 4–5 working days; metro cities 5–7 days; smaller towns 7–11 days. Full table in our Shipping Policy.

₹80 flat for orders under 500g, ₹120 for 500g–1kg, ₹180 over 1kg. FREE on orders above ₹1,499.

Not yet — because every piece is personalised, the risk of refused COD orders is too high for a small business. We accept all UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay at checkout. We may enable COD for select non-personalised items in the future.

You can upload your photo directly on the product page at checkout. For best results, use a high-contrast photo with a clear subject (faces work beautifully) and good lighting. We’ll WhatsApp you a preview before printing if you’d like to confirm.

Most likely yes — we stock more colours than we list. WhatsApp us before ordering and we’ll confirm if your colour is available.

Absolutely. Send us your idea — sketch, reference image, or description — on WhatsApp or email. We’ll quote a price and timeline within one working day. Minimum custom order: ₹500.

Each piece uses a different amount of filament and a different amount of print time. A small keychain takes 1.5 hours and 12 grams of material. A lithophane lamp takes 10 hours and 200 grams. Pricing reflects the actual material, time, and electricity behind each piece.

We’re in the process of GST registration. For now, prices are inclusive of all current taxes. Once our GSTIN is active, you’ll see a clear GST line on your invoice.

Yes — all payments go through Razorpay, India’s leading payment gateway, with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Because every piece is made fresh just for your order, we cannot accept returns once printing has begun (within 12 hours of order). Please choose carefully and double-check spellings at checkout. Full policy: Refund & Return Policy.

WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged piece and outer packaging. We’ll replace it free of cost within 2–3 working days of approval. No questions, no drama.

Yes — we love wedding orders. Typical orders are 50–500 pieces. Please reach out at least 4 weeks before the event. Email or WhatsApp us with your date, quantity, and any colour/theme ideas.

Yes — branded desk nameplates, custom logo coasters, Diwali hampers, conference giveaways. Minimum corporate order: 25 pieces. We provide a GST invoice once our GSTIN is active.

Depends on quantity and complexity. Typical bulk discounts range from 15–35% off list prices. Reach out for a custom quote.

Yes — Shilp Creations is a registered sole proprietorship in India, and a registered MSME under the Udyam framework. GSTIN application is currently in process.
